  2. Nice game MrSmith. I'm just going to point out hands that I'd have played differently.

Hand nr 12 was interesting. Preflop I play like you, but I would have check/folded the flop turn and river so early in the tourney. Since turbonunna is a superdonk, you played it well.

HH17: Very aggressive shove. I would probably have limped so early hoping to flop a set. Worked out well against superdonk though.

HH31: shoving w JJ on the sb complete seems risky so early. There isn't enough in the pot to justify the risk when you and the sb both have big stacks. You don,t want to get called by Ax or QK. Secondly, you might want to get more value out of the hand. If overcards flop, then let the hand go.

HH 51: Nice use of your big stack. Playing small pockets oop can be tough late in the game, but you made nice use of your big stack and TAG image.

I'll get through the rest of the game later :)

  3. HH 63: Your raise size with AKo on the btn seems strange. I would like to hear what your plan was. Nice river flush though. This was an important turning point in the game for you:) You make the same type of half stack raise with 66 in hand 77. What do you do if you get reraised here?

HH66:Calling the shortstack shove w J5o is boarder line ev. You are getting almost 2:1 and you can afford the loss. I like you willingness to call with ATC here.

HH88: hmm, This is the only hand of your tourney that I don't like, and I don't understand your line with KQs here. Limping seems passive, with a short stack and big stack left to act, but ok. However, calling the preflop raise from the bb doesn't seem good. You spewed half your stack by being passive. I really think shoving preflop or limp/folding would be better. I'm shoving this hand.

HH100: Being a turbo, I'm shoving with K8 from the bb any time the sb shows weakness by simply completing. Worked out well for you though.

HH107: you played the hand right and got very lucky. This usually needs to happen if you want to win these things:)
Final hand 110: Opposite of 107, once again you made the right move, but luck swung the other way this time.

All in all, I see that our starting hand ranges are nearly identical. However, our bet sizes vary a bit. I am slightly more aggressive late in the game choosing to move all in in the 3 or so hands where you limp/called or bet half your stack. You did a good job of folding A9o in two hands where someone had raised from an earlier position. Very Nice game!

And yes, I'll be using all this info against you in our next private game, but you can do the same with me :)

  5. H12 just cause the donk 2x up on the 1st hand in the tourny + seeing his range of cards (he'd seen over 50% of the flops)+ made weird bets.

H17 yes! It was risky, but I already had the rest of the field behind me as tight-passive. I knew the donk was irritated about H12.

H31 due to H23 (making a stand and telling him not to limp to my BB in later hands), he should now know I'm TA.

    H51 TY!

H63 not quite sure. 3x raise from button hoping they might see it as a steal and reraise me AI was the plan. Coulda been a shuv too (my action was 50/50 decision)

H66 used the timebutton. Borderline, wanted 3 to 1, but went for it!

H88 not quite sure why I called the raise in BB. I felt the shortstack was going AI no matter what (he flat called utg, so I put him on a primo hand in order to slowplay for value). The raise from the guy next I had him on the same mindset as me, that he wanted to eliminate the rest of the field, but I wanted to be a part of that flop/pot. His postflop bet made me fold and the chips were wasted. He was on the type of hand I had him on tho!

HH100 ok. I knew he had the A, but also wanted to finish ahead of nt rocks. A bit chicken there, yes!

The rest cool, nice comments Roland. I'll be sure to closely look at your first 3/45 complete replay post

  6. Nice Mr Smith

Regarding nr88 with the KQs. If you "knew" the shorty was going all in, which I agree seems quite likely, then I would have lead out with a raise exactly his stack size. This may force the big stack to fold leaving you HU vs the shortstack which is what you seem to want. In these situations, it is almost always preferential to be the aggressor rather than the passive caller.
