I have tried Poker Tracker. There is a fair amount to install and configure in order to get the database set up. Once it is up and running it will auto import all your hand histories. The database is great for checking particular hands and positions for finding leaks in your own game. Furthermore, you get all kinds of stats on your opponents in the HUD. It takes a while to learn how to read these stats, but I think the effort will be well worth it. I tested it a year ago, but due to PC problems I quit using it. Now that I'm multitabling, I ought to set it up again. It would give me the general read info that I may be lacking due to multitabling.
I haven't tried Poker Office. My general feeling is that more 2+2 regs use PT.
